Marcelo and Sophie were friendly and professional when I brought my car in after an accident. They gave me my options and were very accommodating to my needs. Would recommend NTB on Hungerford drive!

Here’s a polished 5-star review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sophie was amazing! She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me choose the right tires for my car. She answered all of my questions, explained my options clearly, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Her excellent customer service and professionalism really stood out. I highly recommend working with Sophie if you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping you find the best option. Thank you again for such a great experience!

This is the worst tire place I have ever dealt with. Ordered my tires a week in advance. When I got there they made me pay an extra $187 for alignment that I did not need otherwise they will not give a warranty on my tires. I reluctantly agreed. After two hours they called me, I went to get the car: 1. I noticed right away they didn't put the valve caps back so I asked for them and they put them on. 2. Then when I was paying they told me I had to do an alignment once a year and tire rotations every six months otherwise the warranty will be void 3. I was really upset but I paid and left. But I remembered they never gave me the alignment report. They actually over charged me by $90 but immediately corrected it after I questioned it. 4. So I went back and asked about the report. 5. The technician went back and after 15 minutes of discussion with the manager he came back and said the computer was not working and could not print the report 6. He than handed me a paper that has numbers that show alignment. I looked at them and they were the same before and after the alignment 7. So I asked nothing was done and nothing was changed. And if they even done an alignment 8. Once the manager

Marcelle and Kia service was exceptional. I came to ask a question but ended with my car being serviced the way I want it. Both were very good at explaining what my car needed and they did it with a smile. I will definitely bring my car back to NTB.

I came to try them based on the positive reviews, and the fact that I could schedule online, but I could not have been more wrong. I can't understand the positive reviews at all, especially about Sophie. It was very clear from the start that her/their goal was to extract as much money with as little effort as possible. She told me to replace the tires after a superficial look. I guess that measuring the mm length of the grooves with a proper tool and sharing the hard data with the client is counterproductive for their goals. The same was the case the battery health, they would not give me a percentage, instead asked to replace because "just trust me". Equally for a slew of 'recommended' services. Her demeanor did not invite for questions or for wasting any additional seconds of her precious time. I just left as soon as I could and won't come back. I'm tempted to give 2 starts as appreciation for motivating me in learning how to take care of car maintenance myself, but not tempted enough.
